Yes , if all people is equal and have rights , then we wont see problems between people .
2. Does every human being have the capability of reaching that level?
No , some people are greedy and some people think they are the best , they don't want to be equal.
3. What are the opportunities are needed to get to the higher level?
the person must not only achieve the previous needs, but master them.
4. What are the obstacles could stand in the way of reaching these levels?
you would face the people who are racist , who think they are the best , as they don't want us to be equal , they just need to be rich and have things for them self.
5. What could you do to help others to reach the higher levels?
i can volunteer for anything i could to help those people to move on to the next level until they reach the top and be equal .
